Recording Policy
Please review the policy below before booking a recording session. These guidelines help keep the process clear, smooth, and supportive for everyone involved.
1. Booking & Scheduling
All sessions are by appointment only.
Bookings are confirmed once the project scope and schedule are agreed upon.
Pricing will be discussed and finalized before work begins.
Please arrive a few minutes early so the session can begin on time.
2. Payment
Pricing depends on the type and scope of the project, including recording, arranging, mixing, and mastering.
A deposit may be requested for larger or multi-day projects.
Remaining payment is due at the end of the session or upon delivery of final files.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
4. Session Preparation
Please bring any lyrics, notations, or reference tracks you would like to use.
Come prepared and warmed up so you can make the best use of your session time.
Only those directly involved in the session should be present unless approved in advance.
5. Turnaround Time
Mixing and mastering timelines depend on the scope of the project.
Estimated delivery times will be shared at the start of the work.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
6. Revisions
Each mix or master includes 1–2 rounds of revisions, depending on the project.
Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly rate or pre-agreed fee.
7. Files & Deliverables
Final files are delivered in WAV and/or MP3 format.
Stems or project files may be available upon request for an additional fee.
8. Studio Care & Conduct
Please treat all equipment with care.
Food and drinks should be kept away from studio equipment.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the studio or vocal booth.
Respectful behavior helps maintain a calm and creative environment.
9. Confidentiality
All recordings and client materials are treated as confidential.
Nothing will be shared publicly without your permission.
10. Rights & Ownership
You retain full rights to your vocal performance and original composition.
If arrangement, accompaniment, or instrumentation is contributed as part of the project, ownership details will be discussed before work begins.
